Clark Resources is a Minority Owned and Operated, DGS and City of Philadelphia certified business development and diversity consulting firm.  Clark Resources is headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, but also operates out of offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C.

Services:
Clark Resources was founded in 2001 by President and CEO, Fredrick A. Clark and is a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services Certified Minority Owned Business Enterprise.  Additionally, Clark Resources is the only DGS certified and Minority owned diversity consulting firm in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Clark Resources has successfully served as diversity consultants on construction projects involving public funds totaling over $1 Billion to date, each time achieving the highest possible levels of Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business participation.

Clark Resources has the capital and bonding capabilities to provide opinion letters on recommendations and decisions that are rendered on work performed.  Clark Resources also has the space, equipment, contacts and technology to compete and be viable to perform any services and render any services to any project throughout the United States related to the scope of work in affirmative action, MBE/WBE and DBE services.
Clark Resources has provided services for our clients as it relates to outreach, technical assistance, compliance, financial assistance, workforce development, workforce diversity training and counseling.  These tasks include reports to DBE, EEO and EEOC.  We are also prepared, as part of our mission, to deliver training in management, contracts in implementing strategies pertaining to workforce utilization.
