CALL CENTER SERVICES/HELP DESK

Clark Resources operates a Year-Round, 24-Hour a Day Call Center/Help Desk. The Call Center/Help Desk performs the following functions:

  • Member/Provider Services to include eligibility and benefit determinations
  • Provider selection and locations
  • Scheduling of appointments
  • Multiple Systems (Data) Entry (with HIPAA Standards Met)
  • Information dissemination
  • Other outreach services (Welcome Calls/Health Risk Assessments/etc.)
  • Create Tracking/Reporting Data (Analyzes Data and Produces Reports, as required)
