		Todd Gilcrist President This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Todd is the President of Clark Resources. He is a career leader and management professional that has served at the highest governmental levels in both the Federal and City Governments. Todd was previously the Deputy Chief of Staff for the City of Harrisburg where he effectively reviewed, oversaw, and directed City agencies (Public Safety, Public Works, Housing, Parks & Recreation, and Administration) under the jurisdiction of the Mayor. Todd also rose to the top enlisted ranks in his highly decorated United States Air Force career, before retiring after serving 20 years. Todd’s distinctive service to his country and the City of Harrisburg has garnered him awards and accolades from the President of the United States to the Mayor, City of Harrisburg. While serving in the Air Force, Todd graduated with distinction from the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer’s Academy, Non-Commissioned Officer’s Academy, First Sergeant’s Academy, and received two degrees in Human Resource Management and Information Management. He currently resides in the place in which he was reared, the City of Harrisburg, PA.

The Steelton native has an extensive background in service and administration in the healthcare and financial industries as well as for the Harrisburg Police Bureau. Tremayne was a 1996 graduate from Steelton-Highspire High School and he served in the United States Air Force and studied Public Administration at Ashford University. Tremayne brings professionalism, enthusiasm and excellent people skills to the firm. His ability to effectively obtain and communicate information makes him a valuable asset. Tremayne currently resides in Harrisburg, PA where he is an active member in his community.



		Christa Toomey Senior Associate/Non-Discrimination Coordinator This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. She joined the Clark Resources team in 2005 as an Executive Assistant to President and CEO, Fred Clark and was promoted to her current position in November, 2008. She is a graduate of Central Dauphin High School where she majored in Academics. Christa brings to the firm superior knowledge of business operations, customer relations and a distinct understanding of client development. She has worked on numerous multi-million dollar projects as the Non-Discrimination Officer/Coordinator. She has an extensive background in customer service and is known for her exceptional attention-to-detail skills. Christa also assists with the marketing of the Harrisburg Stampede Indoor Arena Football Team.

Kira started with Clark Resources as Fred’s Executive Assistant and then was promoted to CFO a couple years later. Kira is responsible for managing all of Clark Resources financial accounts and takes care of all of the bank books. She is also in charge of managing Clark Resources payroll, the filing of all of the company’s licenses and organizing the information needed for the filing of the company’s taxes. Kira is in charge of sending out the monthly invoicing to clients, handling the monthly mortgage payments/utilities payments for all of Fred’s different properties and also takes care of the utilities for Clark Resources as well. In addition to these financial responsibilities, Kira also helps to schedule and coordinate meetings for Fred, helps to manage the office on a day to day basis, helps to make any reservations for meetings or trips and is also the company’s notary. Kira was previously employed with Reynolds Construction where she started working with Fred as his Administrative Assistant. She has gained a tremendous knowledge of government relations and business management as well as obtaining knowledge for bookkeeping and accounting skills as well. Kira graduated from Central Penn College where she received a degree in Specialized Business. She resides in Millersburg with her two daughters, Kailyn and Kendal.



		Amber Wood Call Center Supervisor This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Ms. Amber Wood was hired in March 2010 to replace Lauren Rowan as the firm’s Executive Assistant. Amber Graduated from East Pennsboro High School and Cumberland –Perry Vocational Technical School. Amber has a great work ethic and is very organized, she also has an extensive background in communication and customer service. Amber has a very strong career background. She works diligently with managing Fred's calendar, handling the phones and arranging meetings and conference calls with his clients. She has been a great addition to our team.



		Israelle Schindler Executive Assistant This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Ms. Israelle Schindler, more often known as “Izzy”, joined our firm to take over Amber Wood’s duties as Executive Assistant. Izzy has a substantial background in retail and customer service, and her bubbly personality and friendliness add a lot to our team.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it Ms. Pamela Chen is the most recent addition to the Clark Resources team. Pamela is a May 2010 graduate of Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Marketing. Although a recent graduate from Hofstra University in New York, she has had multiple internships in the marketing, promotional and advertising field as well as an extensive background of managing and staffing promotional and outreach events in both New York City and the Greater Harrisburg area. Pamela manages community outreach and event planning for our client HealthAmerica’s Medicaid program, CoventryCares.



		Chanelle Neal Call Center Supervisor Chanelle Neal has recently joined the Clark Resources Management Team as a Call Center Supervisor. Previous to joining Clark Resources, Chanelle has worked in the health insurance industry and has an extensive background in customer support. Chanelle currently attends Harrisburg Area Community College where she is studies Public Relations. Chanelle brings excellent leadership and dependability to the Clark Resources staff with her strong work ethic and drive to succeed. During her free time, Chanelle enjoys spending time with her two sons as well as reading, taking walks and shopping. She currently resides in Harrisburg, PA with her family.



		Tim Guarneschelli Call Center Supervisor This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Tim Guarneschelli works are Clark Resources as a Call Center Supervisor for two major clients. Unquestionably a busy individual, Tim is also currently a student at Harrisburg Area Community College, majoring in History. Tim is a people person by nature and we are confident that he has many assets to bring to our clients in the future. In his personal life, Tim is happily married to Nuria Guarneschelli, his wife of two years. Together they enjoy various activities such as boating, fishing, hiking, backgammon and gin rummy. They are also passionate animal lovers and proud parents of their dog, Lily. Ever the avid sports fan, Tim enjoys following his beloved Mets, Jets and Knicks and has always enjoyed the healthy rivalry between our local sports fans. Clark Resources welcomed Tim to our team on May of 2012, and have every indication that this should be a lasting and beneficial relationship.



		Luis Del Moral Property Manager Luis has been Clark Resources’ property manager for the past 5 years. He is responsible for managing and maintaining the up keep of the numerous offices and properties owned by Clark Resources. He is a vital part of the companies’ development branch as he knows the ins and outs of all of the properties.
