Clark, Clark Resources is headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, with offices in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. We’ve represented clients and done business in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C. Clark Resources has grown from a single proprietor to an operation with over 20 employees and dozens of strategic alliances, partnerships and collaborations.
We Do What We Can Do Very Well: Clark Resources has successfully served as diversity consultants on construction projects involving public funds totaling well over $1 Billion to date, successfully achieving the highest possible levels of minority, women and disadvantaged business participation.
