Todd is the President/CEO of Clark Resources. He is a career leader and Management professional that has served at the highest governmental levels in both the Federal and City Governments.
Todd was previously the Deputy Chief of Staff for the City of Harrisburg where he effectively reviewed, oversaw, and directed City agencies (Public Safety, Public Works, Housing, Parks & Recreation, and Administration) under the jurisdiction of the Mayor. Todd also rose to the top enlisted ranks in his highly decorated United States Air Force career, before retiring after serving 20 years. Todd’s distinctive service to his country and the City of Harrisburg has garnered him awards and accolades from the President of the United States to the Mayor, City of Harrisburg.
While serving in the Air Force, Todd graduated with distinction from the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer’s Academy, Non-Commissioned Officer’s Academy, First Sergeant’s Academy, and received two degrees in Human Resource Management and Information Management.
Christa is the Diversity Manager at Clark Resources. She joined the Clark Resources team in 2005. Due to her knowledge of diversity compliance and project management she was promoted to her current position in 2008. Christa brings superior knowledge of business operations and client development. She has worked on numerous multi-million dollar projects as the Non-Discrimination Officer/Coordinator.
Christa has an extensive background in customer service and is known for her exceptional attention-to-detail. Christa is a graduate of Central Dauphin High school.
Kira is the Chief Financial Officer at Clark Resources. She has been with Clark Resources since its inception in 2002. Kira oversees all of the company’s finances. She is responsible for everything from the budget to cash management.
Kira was previously employed with Reynolds’ Construction where she worked as an Administrative Assistant. While there she gained tremendous knowledge in business management and financials.
Kira is a graduate of Central Penn College with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. She also served as the secretary of the Millersburg Fire Company.
Pamela is the Marketing Coordinator at Clark Resources. Pamela is a 2010 graduate of Hofstra University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and International Business. Pam is fluent in Cantonese. Pamela has held multiple internships in the importing, marketing, and promotional industry. She has an extensive background in the logistical management and staffing of promotional and outreach events in both Pennsylvania and New York City. She also has a vast knowledge of the outreach capabilities of social media. At Clark Resources, Pamela currently manages the outreach projects for a major healthcare client.
Tremayne Terry is the Production Assurance and Business Development Manager at Clark Resources. He joined Clark Resources in 2011. Tremayne previously worked for the Harrisburg City Police Bureau. He also has an extensive background in service and administration in the healthcare and financial industries. Tremayne is a graduate of Steelton-Highspire High School and served in the United States Air Force. Tremayne also studied Public Administration at Ashford University.
Tremayne brings professionalism, enthusiasm and excellent people skills to the company. His ability to effectively obtain and communicate information makes him a valuable asset.
Lindsey Ramm is a Project Manager at Clark Resources. She was first hired in 2011 as a Call Center Representative; in 2013, she was promoted to Project Manager. She brings successful results in managing two audit contracts for the firm. Lindsey currently attends Harrisburg Area Community College.
Kalief Washington is a 2007 Graduate of Harrisburg High School. Kalief joined Clark Resources in 2012. His previous background in customer service helped him to excel in his initial position as a call center representative. Kalief has been promoted several times; first to Night Call Center Supervisor, then to Call Center Supervisor. Kalief’s main responsibility is to ensure that the Call Center Representatives meet their objectives and goals.
Steve Morrison is a 1995 graduate of Harrisburg High School. After spending 4 years in the US Navy, he has worked in the insurance industry for over 12 years. Steve has held positions such as a Workers Compensation Adjuster and Commercial Claims Medical Adjuster, Customer Service Representative, Claim Processor and Provider Contract Consultant; all of them in the insurance industry. Steve Morrison started at Clark Resources in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative. He was then promoted to a Night Trainer, then Weekend Supervisor, and now works full time as a Call Center Manager.
